Mr. & Mrs. Robt. Leck, Kennedy Twp. The
orginal patio floor / garage roof was removed. Upper plate was shimmed and a new hip roof was installed.
The old windows were removed and replaced with glass block windows. Garage ceiling was insulated and covered with plywood.
Aluminum soffit, fascia, and gutters were installed. We also did the electrical work including lights, fixtures and
outlets. Service door to workshop was installed by us, the customer took care of the garage door installation.
Completed in 3 weeks.
