Hybrid timber frame home

Construction started on this project in May of 2005.  The foundation was completed in the Fall of 2004.  This is a hybrid timber frame home, with the center section and family room section timber framed.  The home includes two first floor bedrooms, a 15 x 20 loft and an upstairs childrens playroom/bedroom.  This home is located on Porcupine Creek, Venango County.  This area is very close to the village of President.  You are welcome to visit the project at any time, bring your flyrod.  Porcupine Creek is a designated wilderness trout stream, one of the very few in Pennsylvania that contains native rainbow trout.
