Complete rehab. This unit was purchased early in 2006. The rehab started Feb. 1st, and was completed April
8th. During that time period I spent 3 weeks in Mississippi doing volunteer work, so the rehab took less than 2 months.
The unit was totally gone thru, repainted, all new carpet, ceramic tile, and hardwood. Complete new kitchen, all new
appliances, 2 new baths and a new powder room. We also installed a new 8' patio door in the rear and a new storm door
in the front. We made some small architectural changes, adding some bulkheads and dropped ceiling beams.
