Mr. and Mrs. John Karg, Kennedy Township.   This project involved tearing down an existing porch room and converting it to expanded family room area.  Most of the adjacent wall was removed, and the new enlarged family room area was covered in 3/4 inch oak hardwood flooring.  I designed a full perimeter overhang on the new room, allowing the casement windows to be opened during inclement weather and providing mid-day shade.  The new room has a catherdral ceiling, and we installed ceiling crown throughout.  We also painted and re-shingled the entire home.  Completed in 7 weeks.

Original addition before we removed it.
