Mr. & Mrs. Schaffer, Cranberry Twp. This job involved converting 2 bedrooms on the first floor into a bedroom and family room. The customer wanted
more floor area without adding a foundation. We enlarged the family room area by 2 feet on the side and 2 feet on the
rear. As you can see, this additional area added a lot of character to the new room. We attached
a mounting plate to the rear of the home for a future deck project. We also installed 3/4 inch oak hardwood flooring,
and ceiling crown throughout the first floor. Completed in 4 weeks.
