Mr. & Mrs. Tom Maxin, Leechburg. Very large project. We built a 24' x 30' addition on to the existing
home with a garage area below and a large family room above. We also built a bathroom and laundry area into the existing
house. We enclosed some of the side porch and made a mudroom / side entrance. We also installed new Pella windows,
new doors, new siding and new roofing throughout the entire home. Family room has bulkhead lighting, pine beams, wood
ceiling sections and a ceiling heigth of 11'6". We also bricked the front portion of the addition and existing
home. Completed in 3 1/2 months.
